As of today, we now have 15 newly trained mindfulness practitioners at Bedford High School. Senior leaders, teachers, PGOs, HLTAs and TAs will use their skills to support young people with stress, anxiety and emotional difficulties. Thank you to our mindfulness teacher Christina Shennan. We are looking forward to rolling out our mindfulness curriculum with classes next year.
