PE is taught within a framework of healthy lifestyles and learning good habits for life.  Many of the 14 enterprise capabilities apply in sport; risk taking, determination, problem solving and team work to name but four.

Students wear a personalised kit with their name in large letters on the back of the shirt.  When doing sport, the uniform is as follows:

KEY STAGE 3
Pupils may complete the JSLA qualification if they help in running teams.
The PE Ski Trip runs every year.

KEY STAGE 4
BTEC Sport
GCSE PE

Students study the body in sport, practical sport and sports leaders.  They also earn the Junior Sports Leaders award.
GCSE students visit the JJB Soccer Dome as part of their training.
